Acceptable Use Policy
Effective [Effective date]
SpawnJet is for running game servers that people enjoy playing on. This policy lists what isn't allowed on the Service, for you and for anyone using your servers. It's part of our Terms of Service.
1.Illegal and harmful content
Don't use SpawnJet to host, share or promote:
- Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors. We have zero tolerance, will remove it immediately, terminate the account, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
- Content or activity that is illegal where you, your players or SpawnJet operate.
- Threats of violence, terrorist content, or content that promotes self-harm.
- Harassment, hate speech or discrimination targeting people based on protected characteristics.
- Other people's personal information shared without consent (doxxing).
2.Security and network abuse
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, or command-and-control servers.
- Denial-of-service attacks, or tools sold or used to launch them (“booters” or “stressers”).
- Scanning, probing or attacking other systems, including other SpawnJet customers or our infrastructure.
- Phishing, spam, or impersonating SpawnJet or anyone else.
- Trying to get around plan limits, sleeping, billing, or security controls.
3.Game publishers’ rules and licensing
You're responsible for following the rules of every game and platform you run. In particular, don't:
- Run servers designed to let players who don't own the game play it.
- Use pirated, cracked or leaked content, including FiveM resources, scripts, vehicles, maps or mods you don't have the right to use.
- Run a server without a license key or other credentials the platform requires.
- Monetize a server in ways the publisher prohibits, such as selling gameplay advantages or real-money gambling features where they aren't allowed.
- Host or distribute cheats, exploits or tools that violate a game's terms.
4.Intellectual property
Only upload content you own or have permission to use. We respond to infringement notices as described in our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
5.Your server, your community
You're responsible for what happens on your servers, including what your players do. Set clear rules, moderate your community, and act on reports. If you collect information about your players, you're responsible for handling it lawfully.
6.Reporting abuse
To report a server or account that breaks this policy, email abuse@spawnjet.com with the server address, what you saw, and when. For copyright complaints, follow the Copyright & DMCA Policy. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
7.Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, suspend servers, or terminate accounts, depending on severity. Where the law and safety allow, we'll tell you what we did and why, and give you a chance to respond. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without notice. We may cooperate with law enforcement and game publishers. See also our Terms of Service.
